the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding there, all you need for a special stay. the restaurant was reasonably priced and its distinguished dishes are to die for. we thoroughly enjoyed our room, it was large, with a private safe, a mini-bar and a multi-channel tv. the hotel of choice in athens.

Extremely kind staff. When I arrived the reception lady was very kind. Another colleague showed me the breakfast hall, the bar area and the TV area. During that I got a welcome drink.
The breakfast selection was not so good for me as a Central European. The juices were over-sweetened.

Best hotel in Athens!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It was on the 6th floor, in the renovated part of the hotel. The lobby and lounge area were also very modern. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and very varied. The hotel is definitely worth a visit and is recommended!

Breakfast is rich, although not luxurious (of course, at the reasonable price). Staff friendly and helpful. The private beach on the roof is special, especially for children or to chill out with a drink.
Located a bit on the outskirts, but thanks to the Metro everything is easily accessible. Metro is a few minutes away, especially after an exhausting sightseeing tour a little bit tedious.

Excellent staff ready to help you, very comfortable clean room and a breakfast buffet to satisfy everyone. Wifi in room and parking are free. Close to a subway metro. Hotel on a quiet street. We will stay again at this hotel when we come back to Athens.

Well,we really liked the hotel. We stayed at a junior suite which was quite spacious, practicle and with a modern and nice design. However the bathroom was too small for a junior suite and with a low ceiling. There was a spacious wardrobe though with enough room to put a lot of clothes in. The fact that the hotel provided a parking lot free of charge was a relief for us. As for the hotel staff, all were very polite and helpful. We had booked at this hotel in Athens because it was not the first time we stayed at this chain of hotels. We had stayed in Airotel Achaia Beach, in Rio and we were enthused with everything there.
Only the bathroom which was too small. And for some people who would like to have a balcony there was no balcony in this suite. However we noticed that some rooms or suites do have balconies.

The hotel needs renovation, especially bathrooms. While beeing in the bathroom one can hear everything neighbours are doing.

Hotel provided a good standard of breakfast, self service so you could go back for more! City maps and tours listed that one could do in reception.
No street signage to hotel, for 1st time visitors to city it was difficult to locate! Its on a side street and not easy to spot and back from road and could be missed.

The location was not bad especially that there were a couple of nice and packed pubs on the parallel street and the 2 metro stations were 5 mins walk and 7 mins walk in opposite directions.. Hotel staff were always helpful, I would like to thank them and in particularly Esther, thanks for your help and answering my numerous questions throughout my trip. It is very convenient with good rates compared to the rest of the hotels I've heard about, considering this is a 4 star hotel. Good bargain and will try it again soon!
It is common to have these issues in hotels within Athens: Elevators were small but shouldn't be an issue (you and your bag will still fit), also inside the bathrooms you could hear the room next to you if they were talking in their bathroom and if your a non smoker make sure you take a nonsmoking section because that could also bother you but then again just close the bathroom door.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating when I had a friend visiting They allowed her to park her car outside, the food was very good and the chef catered very well for a food alergy which i have.We always stay here when in Athens and would not go elsewhere.Kate Cotter
